• Parcel opening video is compulsory for any return or exchange.
• Any damage or misprint should be shown in the opening video only, otherwise it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• No return or exchange in case of personal satisfaction.
• Exchange or return is available only for damage or colour change. No return or exchange for small dots or thread missing.
• Fancy saree blouse length may be 70–80 cms only.
• Colour may vary 1–5% depending on camera or mobile display.
• If parcel returns due to wrong phone number, PIN code or address, extra shipping charges may apply.
